Clean facilities, friendly and efficient front desk personnel, the check in nurse was caring. Most importantly Dr. Derhartunian was knowledgeable, caring, spent time answering questions putting me at ease and eliciting trust in his care.

I have not had enough interaction with Elevate Health Group to rate them, but certainly nothing negative thus far. My rating is primarily for Anna Arakelyan, MD who I had requested for my first and only visit thus far. With her use of congenial “brute force” she easily won me over as a patient! Hint: her brute force was her evident character traits of kindness and caring that any patient would just have to admire and appreciate, and which created a most pleasant atmosphere to be in! This is in conjunction to her obvious expertise as she explained and elaborated on everything I asked or mentioned to her in a professional but most empathic and understandable manner.

Dr. Akopian is the only reason I changed my insurance to go to Elevate Health. She is very knowledgable yet humble. She listens, provides options, and follows up on things previously recommended. She treats her patients with respect, and curtesy. She is great with all age groups, and can make the experience relatable, which is one of the reasons why my son loves going to her. I have recommended her to all my family and friend, and will continue to do so. It is difficult to find doctors who sincerely care, without being arrogant. Thank you Dr. Akopian for all you do to me and my family!

Dr Akopian listened to my concerns and developed a plan of how to proceed, with my input. She is very personable and did not rush me in any way. She is very knowledgeable, making me feel pleased for choosing her as my physician.

Very warm, friendly, approachable, genuinely interested in what I have to say, and is determined to solve whatever problem that ails me. It's not a quick "it's probably this, here take these pills, have a good day." She takes her time in assessing her patients.
