Leah was great. The only reason for four stars instead of five was that the pharmacy reached out after she prescribed medicine with a question for her that she has yet to answer - and now it's two days after she prescribed it. I have been unable to obtain the medicine as a result. Follow-up on pharmacy requests is very important!

She is extremely professional and compassionate, she listened to my concerns in detail and addressed all my concerns , she did not rush me to finish the session , she understood my problems and offered logical and professional solutions, I am extremely happy with my session with her and how she approaches my health issues.

Nice place, fine accommodations. I had to follow up several times to get a prescription ordered, which took a long time to get right, after not submitting properly to one pharmacy, then sending to a pharmacy that was straight up closed. Hard to get in touch with them, and then when I did they seemed annoyed. It was v frustrating. They had me do bloodwork at Quest, which cost me almost $200, when it could have been free at huntington. These little things just didn’t make me feel super cared for.

I’ve worked closely with tons of doctors at different hospitals for the last 30 years and chose Dr. Minasian as my and my family’s healthcare provider. He’s very knowledgeable, listens closely to patients concerns, takes his time to address them and the most important thing doesn’t do unnecessary tests and procedures. The office staff is very friendly and the wait times for the office visits are less than 5 minutes.
