The care was fine but I have experienced at both clinics their neglecting to make call backs. I have left messages ( with a receptionist or once on a machine) several times, as has my pharmacy but no one bothers to call back either of us. I’ve been waiting to get an RX for 6 weeks as a result. This is really a part of their care so if there is no follow up, can I say that they have provided good care? In my mind they have not. It’s been a recurring problem so it is likely I will look for a new clinic that will be overall more responsive to my needs. Consequently, I would not recommend Elevate Health Care.

Bright cheerful office. Front desk and nursing staff go out of their way to make one feel welcome and cared for. I am a hard blood draw but the skillful nurse painlessly drew my blood on the first try. Dr. Dehartunian was born to be a doctor. He is a great listener and diagnostician and up to date with the recent medical literature. I always leave feeling better.

I can’t thank you enough for giving me an appointment as soon as was available. Also, appreciate Dr. Taleen and her staff that I got my refills all referrals and lab reports on a next day. I have never had a doctor before that they do everything in order and right away. Thank you so-so much for the great and very professional care.

Absolutely amazing staff. Every person i spoke to was kind and patient. The doctor was very thorough and i truly feel like my concerns were being taken seriously. Very welcoming and the service provided is second to none, i've never felt so heard and so seen by a doctor before. The nursing staff was also outstanding and made the entire experience very comfortable and helpful.
